This is the first step of our client-centered approach.  We'll ask you a few questions to get to know your needs, restrictions, and timeline.  This is a good time to share any information or reports you have received.  We will then send you a quote for your approval. 

Schedule your appointment.​

​Once we have received your approved quote your project will be added to our scheduling queue. 

We are route-based with our scheduling and will contact you in the middle to end of the week to confirm a specific date. 

Let us do the work.​

​We will complete the proposed fieldwork and follow up with the fieldwork invoice.  Once we receive payment we will be able to provide a general summary of our fieldwork visit.  

We will also notify you of next steps and provide a second quote for your approval.
At this time we will clarify our submission policy, which is impacted by the county location of your property.

Receive deliverable

 We will notify you when your deliverable (permit/design) is ready and follow up with an invoice.  We will release the permit to you once we receive payment. 

For all counties:
After the client submits the permit to the health department, we will correspond with the health department to address any comments or revisions required for approval.  
 
Once you receive the permit/design, you may use this to seek quotes from an installation company.  

Note: Any proposed permit package must be approved by the health department prior to installation.

Our service prices reflect the quality of service we provide.  While we cannot control the soil type on your property, we are equipped with skilled licensed onsite soil evaluators (OSE) and top-of-the-line equipment to provide an accurate soil evaluation.

A: No, you do not need to plan to be present for the entirety of the appointment.

Q: What if my property is not feasible for onsite septic? 
A: We value transparency and honesty and will not bill you for services not provided.  You will only be billed for the OSE's time and materials used. ​
