Next, upon receipt of a signed work authorization, we will schedule your fieldwork.

We will complete all relevant fieldwork and maintain active communication with you throughout this process.  

Receive deliverable & submit. 

Depending on services provided, you will receive an electronic copy of a permit application for the fieldwork completed which you will be responsible for submitting to your local health department.

Our service prices reflect the quality of service we provide.  While we cannot control the soil type on your property, we are equipped with skilled licensed onsite soil evaluators (OSE) and top-of-the-line equipment to provide an accurate soil evaluation.

A: No, you do not need to plan to be present for the entirety of the appointment.

Q: What if my property is not feasible for onsite septic? 
A: We value transparency and honesty and will not bill you for services not provided.  You will only be billed for the OSE's time and materials used. ​
