Office & Client Experience Lead (W-2) Fairfax, Virginia | Full-Time We are hiring an organized, client-focused professional to serve as the front door and operational hub of our scaling septic design company. You’ll keep clients informed, projects moving, and protect the CEO’s time by capturing details, closing loops, and running our workflow tools (Jobber, Monday.com, Slack).If you enjoy talking with people, keeping details organized, and leading alongside a team, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Own (Core Outcomes) Fast, professional client responsiveness (calls/messages handled same business day when possible) Accurate tracking across Jobber + Monday so nothing gets dropped CEO time protection through clear triage and complete info capture On-time payments + great reviews through consistent follow-up systems
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do Weekly) Answer inbound calls, capture intake details, and route requests correctly Provide clients clear updates and set expectations with warmth + professionalism Manage client/job status, scheduling, and follow-ups in Jobber Keep internal task tracking current in Monday.com and communication clear in Slack Coordinate documents and file organization in Google Workspace Follow up on late payments (friendly, firm, documented) Send review requests at key milestones Learn basic septic/soil terminology so you can confidently handle non-technical questions
